This guy was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, knew the problem with my fridge and stove immediately. Had the parts. Super reasonably priced. My brand new fridge never had ice or water and without charging me he helped me fix the problem my self because he knew I could do that part and he didn’t want to charge me for something I could do on my own. He fixed the freezer which was leaking and my oven wasn’t heating up and it took him 10 secs to diagnose it. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Naz again.

I’ve had Naz out several times over the past 5+ years, I’ve referred him to friends and family- He is always awesome! He spends a few minutes on the phone each time to diagnose the problem and comes equipped with the parts he needs to fix it. He is always upfront about cost and he doesn’t try and upsell you or anything like that but he does present the facts.
For example, yesterday he came to fix a squeak in the dryer (with the parts he needed), he had to take the entire dryer apart to get to this part and while he was here he showed me the other “wearable” parts of my dryer and recommended replacing them now (like the thinning belt) so that I don’t need to pay him in a couple months to come back and take the dryer apart again to do it. He knows that I’ll call him every time and instead of securing himself future work, he looked out for me and replaced these other inexpensive parts at the same time – It is refreshing to deal with someone who is so straightforward and honest. I’ll continue using and recommending Naz until he retires 😉

Responded right away to my call, and I was able to schedule a good time with him to meet to repair the appliance. He agreed to call with ample notice before showing up which helped me make arrangements during my workday. He gave me options for repair or replace with prices for both, to which I agreed to repair as it was cheaper. We set up a follow-up for the next day, which was completed in less than an hour of his arrival, which fixed all the problems. The problem report was clear, and the repair was straight-forward. The final bill even came out slightly cheaper than the original estimate.
I’ve dealt with him twice now for two different appliance repairs and I’ve been satisfied both times and will call him in the future for any other appliance repair before anyone else.

Naz did an awesome job at fixing our stove oven. He asked what the problem was beforehand and model number to have the required parts ready. The bottom heating element of the oven was not heating up and he found it was burnt out. There was also a loose element on the stove top that he spent time adjusting and making sure it was working. He advised us of the proper way to remove the elements to decrease the tendency for the element to get loose again. He tested all parts and ensured they were working before he left. On top of that, he replaced the light bulb which had been burnt out. Now we can heat up the food that we wish to bake! I like that he gave us magnets with his phone number if we need to get in contact with him.

Our Kitchenaid refrigerator starting leaking onto the floor. On checking on the web I found this is a known problem with these devices due to a faulty drainage valve. I asked Dial an Applianceman to come and fix it. I was immediately connected to a real person and given a convenient appointment for the next day.
Toward the end of the scheduled appointment hour, Naz phoned to say he would be a little late but he arrived about 10 minutes later.
He completed the job which involved removing the freezer drawer and pulling the whole fridge out and fixed the problem in just under an hour. He was polite worked cleanly and efficiently and the charge was most reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.
